Dear Jerry and Beltone,      

I had an experience with taking someone to an appointment at a competing personal hearing provider. When we arrived at the appointment we had to wait for the arrival of the Audiologist, whom was flying in from the Islands. There where other clients ahead of us, which had us waiting longer. A fifteen minute appointment, turned into an hour and fifteen. I was telling the audiologist what I had done to clean the hearing aid and that my client still wasn't able to distinguish certain sounds. She said that I was very knowledgeable and asked where I had learned so much about them. I explained that I have been taking care of my husband's hearing aids for several years now and he keeps me on my toes, she gave me her pitch and her calling card, stating she would be glad to serve us in the future. I did not have the heart to tell her I couldn't possibly exchange my great service and customer care from Jerry and his staff at Beltone for her mediocre service.

Thank you for your assistance in correcting Curt's hearing loss.  Your kindness and understanding along with your expertise in assessing the best course of treatment to enable a return to a full range of hearing was assuring.  Your assistant, Mary, reflects your gracious service and professionalism - she is always a pleasure to speak with.

We are so impressed with the new age technology of the Beltone True 9 System, which is so comfortable and barely noticeable that Curt almost forgets he's wearing them.  He is once again able to hear clearly even in the most crowded and noisy places - no echo or crackling complaints we used to hear about from hearing aid users of the past.  We are once again able to listen to radio, TV, use a speaker-phone, etc. at a normal range and conversations are so much easier.

It's so nice to know that you and Mary [in the South Dennis Office] are just a few minutes drive away from our home on The Cape to answer any questions or supply us with free batteries; but also that while traveling we would be able to get assistance from any Beltone office.

I just wanted to send this note to tell you how pleased I was with the treatment I received from your Hearing Instrument Specialist Lisa Turbitt.  I went to the Chelmsford Center Office because I was having problems with background noise and sound adjustments.  She was extremely patient with me, explaining in great detail how to make the necessary adjustments that would ensure I get the best use and sound from the devices.  She is very personable and deserves recognition for her performance.
